Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority (SAMA) said it will set up an Insurance Disputes Resolution Center to provide alternative solutions for disputes arising from auto insurance contracts, according to an official statement.
The center provides the settlement option for the legal cases filed by individuals against insurance companies for claims not exceeding SAR 50,000.
