The company ascribed the losses to a 2.98% year-on-year (YoY) decrease in revenues of SAR 17.93 million in 2025.
Lower revenues were mainly due to changes in the mix of training programs and services offered during the year, as the company focused on developing and diversifying its training portfolio. In addition, the continued implementation of its expansion plans and investments in operational infrastructure impacted revenue levels during the period.
Gross profit fell to SAR 10.45 million in 2025, compared to SAR 11.42 million, due to higher costs of revenues associated with developing training programs and expanding service offerings.
Operating profit declined to SAR 800,000, compared to SAR 2.37 million, impacted by increased operating expenses.
The results were affected by financing costs related to funding used to support the expansion of operational assets.
The company saw an increase in operating and administrative expenses associated with business expansion, including strengthening human resources and developing operational infrastructure.
