The profit growth was attributed to a 22% year-on-year (YoY) increase in revenues to SAR 533.9 million. This was driven by a robust growth in student enrollment and beneficiaries across all segments, following the implementation of its strategy in education, special needs care, and higher education.
Net profit before minority interests reached SAR 158.9 million, up 7% YoY in 2025. Meanwhile, adjusted net profit attributable to shareholders, after deducting IPO costs and other non-recurring items, amounted to SAR 135.3 million, marking a 12% YoY increase.
