Umm Al-Qura Cement Co.’s net earnings tumbled by 19% to SAR 32.6 million during the first nine months of 2025, versus SAR 40.1 million a year ago.

The company attributed the year-on-year (YoY) profit decline to a decrease in average selling prices, despite higher sales volume and lower general and administrative expenses, finance costs and Zakat expenses.

Meanwhile, Q3 2025 net profit rose 18.1% to SAR 11.8 million, from SAR 10 million in the prior-year period.

 

On a sequential basis, the three-month bottom line also jumped 19.3% from SAR 9.9 million in Q2 2025.

 

Total shareholders’ equity, no minority interest, amounted to SAR 846.11 million as of Sept. 30, 2025, compared to SAR 806.20 million in the same period a year earlier.
