ACWA Power Co. reported a net profit of SAR 1.28 billion for the first nine months of 2025, up 2% from SAR 1.25 billion a year earlier. The increase was spurred by higher gross profit, lower development costs, provisions and write-offs, and higher other operating income and other income.

Total shareholders’ equity, after minority interest, increased to SAR 28.19 billion at the end of Sept. 30, 2025, from SAR 18.52 billion in the year-earlier period.
