The company attributed the nine-month losses to lower sales and other income, coupled with higher general and administrative expenses (G&A) as a SAR 36.2 million impairment provision for assets related to the Sudair plant buildings, weighed on results. This came despite declines in finance costs, selling and marketing expenses, and Zakat charges.

In Q3 2025, Herfy reported net losses of SAR 48.1 million, compared to SAR 33.3 million in Q3 2024, hurt by weaker sales and other income, along with higher G&A.
