The turnaround was spurred by an increase in sales, gross profit and other income, in addition to lower administrative and general expenses.
SACO also cited the addition of new and diverse departments, product categories, and high-quality, competitive services, effectively meeting consumer needs. The growth was also driven by the notable and continuous improvement in the performance of the company’s other business divisions, particularly the e-commerce platform and the logistics services.

Shareholders’ equity, no minority interest, reached SAR 336.23 million by June 30, 2025, compared to SAR 331.85 million a year ago.
