The improvement resulted from a 28% year-on-year (YoY) increase in revenue (despite a 21% YoY rise in cost of revenue), which led to higher margins and a 56% YoY increase in gross profit.

Moreover, Zakat provisions decreased by 35% YoY, and other income increased.

However, selling and marketing expenses rose 7% YoY, G&A expenses by 18% YoY, higher expected credit loss provisions, and a 26% YoY increase in finance costs, in addition to a 92% decline in investment income.

The net losses are mainly attributable to the recognition of expected credit loss (ECL) provisions of SAR 8.8 million in 2025, in addition to impairment losses of SAR 1 million, which negatively impacted operating profit and net income.

Excluding the impact of these two items, the company would have reported a net profit of SAR 6.1 million in 2025.

In Q4 2025, meanwhile, the company posted SAR 1.74 million profit, down 47% from SAR 3.28 million in Q4 2024.

On a quarter-on-quarter (QoQ) basis, the company reported a 16.1% decline in net profit from SAR 2.07 million in Q3 2025.
