Kingdom Holding Co. (KHC) posted a net profit of SAR 268.9 million in Q1 2026, down 38% from SAR 431.6 million in the prior-year period.

KHC cited lower revenue for Q1 2026, given the drop in dividend income, as well as a decline in the share of results from equity-accounted investments.

 

On the other hand, the company reported higher hotel revenue and other operating income, lower net finance costs, a decrease in withholding and income tax expenses, and increased net other income.

 

It also recorded lower general, administrative and marketing expenses, in addition to decreased Zakat expenses.

 

Compared to Q4 2025, net earnings dropped 47.5% from SAR 512.07 million, despite the increase in dividend income.

 

Total shareholders’ equity – after minority interest – reached SAR 56.86 billion as of March 31, 2026, up from SAR 41.33 billion a year earlier.
