Financial Results : Yansab posts SAR 79M net profit in 2025, Q4 losses at SAR 53.4M

Yanbu National Petrochemical Co. (Yansab) reported a net profit of SAR 79 million for 2025, down from SAR 420.3 million a year earlier.

The decline came as revenues fell during the year, mainly due to lower average selling prices across all products compared with the previous year, as well as higher costs for some production inputs. This was despite the company achieving strong plant reliability levels that supported operational performance.

When compared to Q3 2025, the company swung to losses from a profit of SAR 74.19 million.

Total shareholders’ equity, with no minority interest, dropped to SAR 10.74 billion as of Dec. 31, 2025, compared to SAR 11.23 billion in the previous year.
