Theeb board OKs 5% dividend for Q2 2025, 53.4% capital hike
Theeb Rent a Car Co.’s board of directors decided today, Aug. 7, to distribute a 5.5% cash dividend, or SAR 5.5 per share, for the second quarter of 2025, according to a Tadawul filing.

In a separate Tadawul statement, the company said its board approved a 53.4% capital increase to SAR 659.72 million from SAR 430 million, by capitalizing SAR 161.73 million from retained earnings and SAR 67.98 million from the statutory reserve.
