US rig count hits 3-year low: Baker Hughes

The US drilling rig count dropped two units to 477 in the week ended Nov. 27, Baker Hughes energy services firm said in its closely followed report.

 

This is the lowest level for the US rig count since Dec. 17, 2021 (475).

 

Meanwhile, the gas rig count rose by one to 100 in the week.
