Ash-Sharqiyah Development Co.’s shareholders disapproved the audit committee formation, during the ordinary general assembly meeting held on July 12.

 

They also disapproved the committee’s tasks, work controls and remuneration of members - Ali Al-Jaafari, Abdullah Al-Shaqha'a and Muhammad Al-Owaid - for the new session starting July 20, 2020, until July 19, 2023.
