National Medical Care Co. (Care) will pay cash dividend for 2020 at SAR 1 a share, as of June 16, 2021, according to a bourse statement.

 

Shareholders of record at the end of the ordinary general meeting (OGM) date, May 27, 2021, and registered with the Securities Depository Center (Edaa) at the end of the second trading day following the OGM are eligible for the dividend distribution.

 

The company agreed with Riyad Bank to deposit the dividends into shareholders' current accounts at any local bank.
