Bank Albilad will open tomorrow, Dec. 15, nominations for the board of directors’ membership for the upcoming three-year term, starting April 17, 2022. 

  

Candidates can submit nomination applications until Jan. 16, 2022, the company said in a bourse filing. 

 

The nominated members will be elected during the general meeting, whose date will be announced later after obtaining the necessary approvals from the competent authorities.
