Shareholders of Naseej for Technology Co. appointed Alkhrashi & Co. as external auditor, during the extraordinary general meeting held on May 28. 

  

The auditor will review the company’s semi-annual and annual financial statements for 2023, Naseej said in a Tadawul filing. 

 

They ratified the amendment of the articles of association to comply with the new Companies Law. 

  

Shareholders also approved the board and auditor's reports, as well as the financial statements for 2022. 

 

The board of directors was absolved of liability for the same year.
