Naseej Tech awards Elm SAR 4.8 mln contract

Naseej for Technology Co.  awarded on July 20 a SAR 4.77 million worth project (VAT inclusive) to Elm Co. for supplying, indexing and storing information resources in public libraries.

 

Board member Fares Al-Hamid is the project-related party as he has an indirect interest in this contract as a member of Elm’s board of directors, Naseej said in a statement to Tadawul today, July 24.

 

The relevant documents were completed on July 23, the statement added, noting that the contract was concluded within the normal course of business without any preferential benefits.
