Mulkia Investment to begin trading on Nomu on Nov. 12

The Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) said shares of Mulkia Investment Co. will make a debut on Nomu-Parallel Market on Nov. 12, with the symbol 9585 and ISIN Code SA15T0J4LOH8.  

 

The stock will trade with daily and static price fluctuation limits of ±30% and ±10%, respectively. 

 

The Securities Depository Center Co. (Edaa) deposited today, Nov. 8, the subscribed shares of Mulkia into the accounts of eligible shareholders.

 

Mulkia offered 1.3 million shares to the public on Nomu at SAR 38 each. The offering was 239.56% oversubscribed, Argaam earlier reported.
