Dar Almarkabah shareholders reject to pay board remuneration for 2023

Shareholders of Dar Almarkabah Car Rental Co. refused, during the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) held on May 16, to pay remuneration of SAR 1.22 million to board members for 2023.

 

Shareholders approved the remaining EGM agenda items, including the election of board members for a new three-year term ending on May 17, 2027, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

The elected board members are Saleh Al-Zahrani, Yahya Al-Mansour, Hassan Al-Zahrani, Mohamed Al-Zahrani, and Saleh Al-Harithi, the statement added.
