Arabian Contracting Services Co.’s (Al Arabia) shareholders authorized the board of directors to distribute interim cash dividends, semi-annually or quarterly, for 2024, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM), held on June 30, according to a statement to Tadawul.
Al Arabia paid cash dividends for 2022 at 23% of capital (SAR 2.3 a share) on a semi-annual basis, totaling SAR 115 million, data compiled with Argaam showed.
