Edarat signs SAR 73M contract with Engie Solutions

Edarat Communication and Information Technology Co. (Edarat) signed today, Nov. 3, a three-year contract with Engie Solutions Co. to provide operation and maintenance services for SAHAYEB data center facilities, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

The estimated value of the initial purchase order for the first 19 months of the total contract term is SAR 73 million, excluding VAT.

This contract is expected to have a positive impact on the company’s financial statements starting Q4 2024.
