Riyadh Cement reappoints Salah Al Rashed as Chairman

Riyadh Cement Co.’s board of directors reappointed today, June 16, Salah R. Al Rashed as Chairman and named Khaled Al Molhem as Vice Chairman.

 

According to a statement by the company today on Tadawul, the board of directors also approved the formation of the remuneration and nominations committee and the audit committee, as well as the appointment of the board secretary for the new term.
 
Board members also selected the company's representatives at the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and Saudi Exchange Co. (Tadawul).  
 
Formation of the Audit Committee is effective from today, June 16, 2025, and is valid for three years.
