Makkah Construction and Development Co. (MCDC) general assembly approved on Monday updated corporate governance, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

Shareholders also approved rules of remunerations and nominations committee, amended policies and standards of board membership, and remuneration policies for board members and executives.
