TADCO shareholders to vote on bylaws amendment on April 19

Tabuk Agricultural Development Co.’s (TADCO) shareholders are set to vote on amending the company’s  articles of association during the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) that will be held on April 19, 2020.

 

Shareholders will vote on amending article (7) regarding the company's capital, article (20) regarding the company’s chairman, vice chairman, and CEO, along with articles 29, 40 and 42.  

 

Shareholders will also vote on amending article (20) regarding the company’s chairman, vice chairman, and CEO, along with article (40) related to the committee’s reports, and article (42) related to financial documents.

 

Shareholders will be able to participate and vote on agenda items through Tadawulaty services offered by the Securities Depository Center Co. (Edaa).

 

The move is in line with the Capital Market Authority’s (CMA) decision to suspend personal attendance at general meeting to contain the spread of Coronavirus.

 

TADCO shareholders approved on March 18 a 46.3% capital cut to SAR 241.77 million from SAR 450 million, Argaam reported.
