Red Sea’s board member resigns

Red Sea International Co. (Red Sea) announced in a bourse statement that its board member, Dr. Muhammad Ali H Ikhwan, resigned from his position with effect from April 1, 2020, citing personal reasons.

 

The company appointed Peter Walichnowski as a new board member, effective April 1, 2020.

 

Walichnowski is currently the CEO of Oman Tourism Development Company, and holds a bachelor's degree in Architecture from the University of New South Wales Australia and a number of management and governance training courses from Harvard University in America and INSEAD in Switzerland.

 

The appointment is subject to the approval of the general assembly.
