Wafrah says difficult to determine financial impact of private sector support package, feasibility

Wafrah for Industry & Development Co. (Wafrah) said it is working closely with relevant authorities to identify the mechanism and feasibility of the private sector’s support package previously announced to minimize the financial impact of the COVID-19 precautionary measures.

 

The firm added in a bourse statement on Thursday that under the temporary circumstances surrounding the coronavirus precautionary measures adopted by the Saudi government, it is currently difficult to determine the estimated financial impact of the government’s initiatives and decisions.

 

Any future developments related to the matter will be announced in due course.
