NADEC to deposit proceeds from fractional shares on July 23

The National Agricultural Development Co. (NADEC) sold 6,196 fractional shares on May 31, 2020 at SAR 22.71 per share for a total of SAR 140,678.96, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

The funds will be deposited into shareholders accounts on July 23, 2020, the statement added.

 

Last month, the company’s shareholders approved a 20% capital hike to SAR 1.016 billion from SAR 847 million through issuance of 20% bonus shares, Argaam reported.
