Almarai appoints Abdullah Al Bader as new CEO

Almarai Co.’s board of directors appointed Abdullah Nasser Al Bader as the new chief executive officer (CEO), effective March 7, 2021, the company said in a bourse statement today, March 4, 2021.

 

Al Bader has been the company for over two decades, during which he held several leadership positions in the manufacturing, distribution, sales, marketing, and support services divisions.

 

Before being named CEO, he was the executive vice president for Bakery since 2015.

 

Al Bader is also the CEO and board member of Modern Food Industry LLC and chairman of Dairy & Food Polytechnic.

 

He holds a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Leicester, UK.
