The recovery in oil demand is related to the speed of COVID-19 vaccine distribution, Prince Abdulaziz bin Salman, Saudi Minister of Energy, said during the OPEC+ meeting held today, March 4.
 

The Kingdom has contingency and backup plans in case unforeseen things happen, he added.
