Almarai to start e-voting for EGM on April 11

Almarai Co. will start on April 11, 2021, the electronic voting on the agenda items of its extraordinary general assembly meeting (EGM) that will be held on April 13, according to a bourse filing. 

 

Shareholders are set to vote on a board recommendation to distribute a 10% cash dividend for 2020, at SAR 1 per share, during the EGM.
