Lazurde Company for Jewelry started on May 29, 2021, the electronic voting on the agenda items of its ordinary general assembly meeting (OGM) that will be held on June 2, according to a bourse filing.
The step follows the Capital Market Authority’s (CMA) directives enabling shareholders to participate and vote on related meeting agenda through Tadawulaty system, in line with the government’s efforts to prevent the spread of coronavirus.
Earlier this month, the company invited its shareholders to vote on a 34% capital hike to SAR 575 million from SAR 430 million, at the OGM, Argaam reported.
