Allianz SF shareholders approve 2020 board, audit reports

Allianz Saudi Fransi Cooperative Insurance Co.’s shareholders approved the financial statements, as well as board and auditor reports for 2020, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) held on June 29.

 

They also approved discharging board members from liabilities for 2020 and appointing external auditors to examine, review and audit the financial statements for Q2, Q3 and 2021, as well as Q1 2022.

 

Meanwhile, they endorsed business contracts concluded with Banque Saudi Fransi, Allianz Group, DataQuest SAL and NextCare.

 

In addition, shareholders approved the board’s decision to appoint Mohammed Amine Benabbou as a non-executive member, started Nov. 23, 2020, until July 8, 2022.
