AXA Cooperative shareholders to elect board members on Aug. 1

Shareholders of AXA Cooperative Insurance Co. are set to vote on electing members of the board of directors for the upcoming three-year term, ending July 31, 2024,during the ordinary general assembly meeting scheduled for Aug. 1.

 

The company said in a bourse statement that shareholders will vote on the formation of the audit committee for the same term, and determine its tasks, rules of work and remunerations for the members and candidates.

 

They will also vote on the board of directors’ work from May 24 until the OGM date.
