Mobily announces resignation of audit committee member

Etihad Etisalat Co. (Mobily) announced, on Oct. 12, the resignation of audit committee member Mohamed Hadi Al Hussaini, effective Sept. 26, according to a bourse statement.

 

The resignation was submitted for personal reasons, the telco said.
