National Agricultural Development Co.'s (NADEC) shareholders will vote on appointing an external auditor and setting his fees, during an ordinary general assembly meeting, to be held on June 7, according to a bourse filing.
The auditor will review financial statements for Q2, Q3, 2022, and the first quarter of 2023 and 2024.
Shareholders will also vote on appointing Abdulaziz Al-Raqeeb as an independent board member, effective as of April 5, 2022, to complete the current board term ending on April 10, 2024, in place of former member Sulaiman Al-Tuwaijri.
They will approve the board and auditor's reports, and financial statements for 2021.
