Buruj reappoints Naghi as Chairman, Al-Marzouqi as Vice Chairman

Buruj Cooperative Insurance Co.’s board of directors reappointed Yasser Naghi, as Chairman and named Ahmed Al-Marzouqi as Vice Chairman for the three-year term, starting March 9, 2022, according to a bourse filing.

 

The insurer obtained the approval of the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) on these appointments on May 24, the statement added.
