International Human Resources Co. (IHR) starts trading on Nomu-Parallel Market today, Aug. 22, under the symbol 9545 and ISIN Code SA15K0H4L4H6, according to the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul).

 

Daily fluctuation limit is ±30% and static price fluctuation limit is ±10%.

 

IHR floated 500,000 ordinary shares on Nomu, representing 20% of its post-IPO capital of SAR 25 million (25% of its pre-IPO SAR 20 million capital). 

 

The final offer price was set at SAR 34 per share, with a coverage ratio of 19.45x.   

 

With IHR, the number of Nomu listings in 2022 rose to 23 companies, divided into 11 direct listings and 12 offerings for qualified investors.

IHR was founded as a sole proprietorship in 2005, which was then converted to a closed joint stock company early 2021. The Riyadh-based company will have a post-IPO capital of SAR 25 million.

 

The company's activities are outsourcing services for human resources, employment services for leading positions, HR-related administrative consultancy, and HR-related employment services and technical products.

 

The company has three branches within the Kingdom and three abroad, in addition to its headquarters in Riyadh.
