SADAFCO says board member resigns, appoints new member

Saudia Dairy and Foodstuff Co. (SADAFCO) board of directors approved the resignation of board member Abdullah Yaqoub Bishara, effective as of today, Dec. 15, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

The resignation, which was submitted on Dec. 7, was due to personal reasons.

 

The board of directors also appointed Sheikh Sabah Mohammed Abdulaziz Al-Sabah as a new board member until the end of the current term on March 31, 2024.

 

The appointment is pending the approval of the upcoming general assembly meeting.
