AlKhaleej Training likely to complete stake acquisition in Al Awael Private Schools soon: Official

Alkhaleej Training and Education Co. announced that the board approved today, Jan. 4, the resignation of audit committee member Omar Al-Bulahid who submitted his resignation yesterday, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

The resignation is effective from its submission date, the company added.

 

After this resignation, the committee includes three members, in line with the rules, regulations and work regulations of the committee.
