Tadawul suspends trading on 2P shares upon company request

The Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) announced halting trading of Perfect Presentation for Commercial Services Co.’s (2P) shares today, Jan. 22, until the end of the current trading session.

 

The move comes after the company requested a trading halt before announcing a significant event in accordance with the listing rules and the procedures for the suspension of listed securities.

 

Shares trading will resume tomorrow, Jan. 23.

 

The stock was trading at SAR 176, down 1%, before its suspension.
