Retail investors will start today, May 28, subscription to Al Mawarid Manpower Co.’s 450,000 shares at SAR 64 a share.

 

The retail offering will end on May 30.

 

The company offered 4.5 million shares, or 30% of its capital, 10% of which were allocated to the retail investors and 90% were allocated to institutions.
