MIS renews, amends SAR 11.4 mln facility with SNB

Al Moammar Information Systems Co. (MIS) signed today, July 31, a renewal and amendment agreement for a Shariah-compliant credit facility worth SAR 11.4 million with Saudi National Bank (SNB), according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

The financing, valid until Aug. 31, 2023, was secured on July 24, 2023, said the company.

 

The loan was secured by a promissory note, MIS stated.

 

The company indicated that the facility aims to finance guarantee letters, noting that there are no related parties.
