Idle Lands Progam issues fee invoices for seventh round in Makkah

The Idle Lands Program issued invoices for the seventh round of the first phase in Makkah, the program said on X Platform.

 

The program urged landowners to develop their lands or pay fees within one year from the date of issuing the decision to avoid fines that may reach 100% of the value of the fee, in addition to paying the due fees.

 

The idle land tax regulations have three phases. First, undeveloped land plots with an area of 10,000 square meters (sqm) or more, within the scope specified by the ministry.
