Abdullah Alhammad, CEO of Real Estate General Authority

The Real Estate General Authority (REGA) will issue the first legislation for facilities management services in the Saudi real estate sector, said CEO Abdullah Alhammad.

 

The regulatory framework for facility management will be released in Q1 2024, he added.

 

During the MEFMA CONFEX conference, Alhammad said the regulation will enhance governance and investment appeal in the real estate sector.

 

Since its establishment in 2017, REGA issued over 13 real estate legislations, reflecting the government's commitment to sector development and its focus on improving governance.
