Seera shareholders to elect new board on Jan. 11

Shareholders of Seera Group Holding will vote on electing a new board of directors for the next three-year term, starting March 29, 2024, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) that will be held on Jan. 11, 2024, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.
