UCA signs auto insurance coverage contract with Theeb

United Cooperative Assurance Co. (UCA) signed a contract with Theeb Rent a Car Co. to provide the latter with auto insurance coverage, according to a statement to Tadawul today, Jan. 2.

 

The contract, effective from Jan. 1, runs for a year. Its value exceeds 5% of UCA’s 2022 gross insurance premiums. 

 

The insurer anticipates a positive impact on its 2024 financials as a result of this contract.

 

The agreement is within the normal course of doing business and grants no preferential benefits. The deal included no related parties, the statement added.
