Avalon Pharma IPO: Subscription period, key dates

Individual investors will start today, Jan. 30, subscription to Middle East Pharmaceutical Industries Co.’s (Avalon Pharma) 600,000 shares at SAR 82 apiece. 

  

The retail offering will end on Feb. 1. 

  

The company offered six million shares, or 30% of its post-IPO capital, of which 10% were allocated to retail investors and 90% to institutional investors.
