Municipal Affairs Ministry seeks public feedback on Etmam draft regulations

The Ministry of Municipal, Rural Affairs, and Housing seeks public opinion on the draft regulations of the Developers Services Center (Etmam) through Istitlaa platform no later than Feb. 29, 2024.

 

Under the regulations, Etmam aims to facilitate real estate development as well as developers' bidding for real estate and municipal real estate development services through a unified electronic platform.

 

In addition, the center seeks to boost the quality of services through coordination and integration between the relevant authorities, which effectively contributes to empowering and developing the real estate sector.
