REGA has e-network to monitor real estate transactions: Official

The Real Estate General Authority (REGA) has an e-network to monitor all real estate transactions in the Saudi market, starting from linking more than one network with the authority and the 34 licensed real estate platforms, Al Ekhbariya TV reported, citing Spokesperson Tayseer Al-Mufarrej.

There is a complete linking between REGA and the transactions carried out through such platforms that are subject to the control of the authority, Al-Mufarrej said.

He noted that a comprehensive survey is carried out through an advanced e-network, operated by  REGA, noting that all platforms and ads on social media and other websites are surveyed by the authority.
