Real estate registration begins in 8 areas of east Riyadh

The Real Estate Registry (RER) announced the beginning of registrations in for more than 51,000 real estate plots, within the 15th region designated by the Real Estate General Authority (REGA).

 

The region includes eight neighborhoods in Riyadh: Jarir, Al-Rabwa, Al-Rayan, Al-Rawabi, Al-Salam, Al-Manar, Al-Nasim Al-Gharbi and Al-Nasim Al-Sharqi.

 

Registrations will continue for 90 days until Sept. 26, 2024, the Saudi Press Agency reported.

 

From the date set for the start of registration, an ownership registration instrument will be issued for each real estate unit that is registered. The new ownership registration instrument will include the property’s data, location, description, use, condition, and subsequent rights and obligations, and data of its owner.
